Leamington is a private community on the southern extremety of Palmetto Dunes.  The use of "private" is to call attention to the covenants that restrict short term or week to week rental.  Owners enjoy convenient access into Leamington through two security gates.  One gate is located on Highway 278 or by driving through the south gate of Palmetto Dunes

Leamington is also a golf cart friendly community where owners and guests can drive their golf carts to the community center, the Arthur Hills Golf Clubhouse or to the oceanfront access at South Shore.  The community center provides a great recreational facility with swimming, kayaking and picnicking.  The most recently developed area in Leamington is referred to as South Shore easily recognized by the beautiful oceanfront townhomes, Somerset or South Shore Commons Villas.
